Important Info
Your price includes all gear, gas, bait, tackle, and rods/reels that are needed to successfully put you on fish. Fish cleaning is included should you choose to keep your catch.
No-shows will be billed for the remaining balance.
All guests over 16 are required to have a valid VA freshwater fishing license.
Our charters depart from Indian Point Marina. You will receive further details after your booking is complete.
On-the-water pickup is available free of charge for guest who live/are staying on the lake within a 5-mile radius of our location. If you are located outside 5 miles our pickup location, the pickup fee is $25, outside 10 miles, the pickup fee is $50. Contact Captain Hartman regarding pickup options. – Fish cleaning is not provided for guests who are picked up by water – as our filet station is located at the marina.
Cancellation Policy- All bookings require a $100 deposit, that deposit is non-refundable except at the captains discretion per the cancellation policy. Captain Hartman will be in touch prior to your charter date if inclement weather/situations arise. You have up to 72 hours to cancel/reschedule your charter with a refundable deposit, cancelling after the 72 hour mark of the start of your charter deems your charter as a no-show and you will be billed for the remaining balance. You are allowed one reschedule prior to the 72 hour mark per charter. After one reschedule a fee of a $100 rescheduling fee will apply if a reschedule is attempted again. This does not apply to dates canceled/rescheduled by the Capt. due to inclement weather/unforeseen circumstances.

By reserving a date with Hartman Guide Services LLC you agree to the following: 1)You will assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and anyone in your party. 2)You and your party release and discharge Hartman Guide Services (HGS) and Capt. Weston Hartman for injury, loss or damage arising out of use of, or presence upon the facilities of HGS or Capt. Hartman regardless of fault, and 3) You and your party indemnify and defend HGS and Capt. Hartman against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses.
